When you visit our website we do not record your identity unless it is
given using one of the various contact forms or email links. When personal information is given to
us using one of these methods it is held in strictest confidence and used only in connection with
the query or as stated below in "LEGAL:".

PURCHASING:
We receive a payment record, but do not receive credit card, bank
account or other financial information when a payment is processed by one of our e-commerce
associates or resellers. The servers used to handle transactions by the e-commerce
providers may or may not be situated in your country of residence.

LEGAL:
We may disclose any information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information
relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct. Disclosure may be required by law or if we receive
legal process.

COOKIES:
Since we have advertising relationships with other organizations we may use a "cookie" to track
which site referred you to ours in order to assess the effectiveness of our advertising or to
pay referral commissions to anyone entitled to them should you make a purchase from us.
We also
use cookies to prevent downloads of software by visitors who have expired, illegal or invalid
licenses for software available on our sites. This only occurs when there is an attempt to upgrade
or update illegally installed software. We do not store any sensitive information in cookies, and

LOG FILES:
Like most web site host servers, ours keeps log files. These include internet protocol (IP) addresses,
browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp,
and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate,
and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to
personally identifiable information.

PROGRAM UPDATES:
In licensed versions of some MGCSoft programs a menu link is
provided to retrieve updates if available. When connecting to the web site update page,
the program license key is sent and checked against the program purchase date. No personal
information of any sort is recorded during the process.
