Bear in mind if you attempt to adapt this unit for your own purposes that the code checks registry entries to see if the program to be removed matches the version number in the registry. The file FileList.inf is where you need to list any files that need removing. The program doesn't currently remove itself but the next version will.

Processes: reading the registry, opening keys, closing keys, deleting by iteration (you can't delete a key the has subkeys in NT). Creating a TScrollbar at run time. Checking if a key has sub keys, deleting files, reading strings from a text file and several other routines.

All programs on this site are adaptations of 'things' I either use in my programs or have created as exersizes. I hope they are of some use.
