Tested on W95 and NT4 but should work on W98. It would be nice if it could be adapted for W3.1 but this is an area I've no experience in. There's definitely room for improvement, particularly in de-compressing. It compresses it's own data to file test.tst but could be adapted for external files. It isn't a useable application, purely an exersize in areas that I haven't covered before so it's open to critisism and suggestions. It does work and depending on the nature of the data can give some pretty impressive results as well as some pretty unimpressive ones!!
